DXFDraw is a browser-based 2D CAD and DXF editor created to make practical technical drawing work faster to access. It provides a familiar CAD-style workspace without requiring a large desktop installation.
What DXFDraw is built for
The application focuses on useful everyday geometry operations: opening DXF files, creating and modifying 2D geometry, applying hatch patterns, adding dimensions, managing layers and exporting supported CAD geometry back to DXF.
Why browser-based?
A browser application is easy to launch, easy to update and available from multiple computers without a traditional installer. DXFDraw keeps the drawing workspace focused while the application itself can evolve continuously.
Current direction
DXFDraw is actively developed with an emphasis on precision, practical CAD behavior, DXF interoperability and production-oriented workflows. New capabilities will be introduced carefully without sacrificing the simplicity of opening the tool and getting to work.
